While we are not a gluten free facility, thus cannot sell “gluten free” products (with one exception of a sealed, lab tested gluten free biscotti), we like to try and offer tasty treats to our customers that are reducing or cutting gluten from their diets. To this end, we have added some really great freshly baked corn chips with salsa to our menu for the month of April.
We bake your chips to order (so it takes a few minutes, but it’s worth it). They are lightly coated with olive oil and a dusting of pink Himalayan salt and baked in our oven. The result is a wonderfully crispy chip, with a hint of bright and flavourful salt. We serve it all up in a bowl with a side of slightly spicy organic pineapple salsa.
